The purpose of the CS Montreal Meetup Group is to provide ongoing opportunity to bring people together to share, learn, network and build lasting relationship within the Customer Success discipline in Montreal. To help cultivate the passion of Customer Success across the Montreal Tech Community.
The CS Montreal Meetup Group is a not-for-profit community for professionals that lead, manage, and deliver Customer Success services in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. These individuals have various title: Chief Customer Officer, Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Customer Expert, Customer Coach, Customer Advocate, Customer Care Specialist, etc.
