We are the newest Not For Profit Network for Personal Support Workers (PSW’s)
We the only network of its kind in all of Ontario and Canada truly putting PSW’s first.
The Canadian PSW Network. We are PSW’s Partnering Everywhere.

We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all PSW’s and front line health care workers – at ground level.

In a world where society is aging at an alarmingly rapid rate, and PSW’s are leaving the field at an equally alarming rate because of feeling devalued with chronic under staffing, unfair minimum wages and pay scales, and often overworked, we need to ensure that our PSW’s that provide these critical care services are staying in the field, and taken care of properly at a personal level to be able to ensure that the care being provided is the best, top quality care possible.

We want to help our PSW’s and front-line workers feel valued, and like they matter.
Because they do. Truthfully, health care as we know it would crumble without them.

Our intent is to provide mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, personal and educational resources, supports and programs to our front-line at little to no cost to them through memberships, partnerships, sponsorship and generous donations so they can continue to develop and succeed professionally and personally.

We believe this mission will drastically impact PSW’s morale, pride, and confidence in their profession, which will in turn be passed on to the ones we care for, their families, the public, and communities through the elevated level of care and compassion to those that desperately rely on care services, and their trust in the PSW’s will continue to build, and grow.

We also believe this will bring more individuals into choosing this as their profession and passion for life, knowing there is a Network behind them, supporting them, helping them, and proving to them that they truly DO matter.

That’s why we are here.
