The Electrical Power Systems Construction Association (EPSCA) is a prominent organization in the Canadian construction industry, established in 1972. It focuses on electrical power systems and acts as a bargaining agent for employers, managing collective agreements with various building trades unions. EPSCA plays a crucial role in negotiating these agreements for construction work related to major electrical power systems in Ontario, including partnerships with Ontario Power Generation Inc., Bruce Power LP, and Hydro One.

EPSCA’s primary service involves the negotiation and administration of collective agreements that cover a range of construction activities, such as building new facilities, making additions to existing ones, and undertaking major modifications and rehabilitation projects. The organization collaborates with numerous unions, including the Boilermakers, Carpenters, Electrical Workers, and many others, ensuring compliance with labor standards and practices in the construction sector.

Merit Contractors Association is a non-profit association representing approximately 280 member companies that employ over 5,000 employees in the Manitoba construction sector. Merit is the only organization of its kind in Manitoba, supporting and representing the unique interests of open shop contractors. We provide a comprehensive benefit program, training and education and advocate on behalf of our members.

I.C.E is specialized in the development and innovation of vibratory technology. They develop, produce, deliver and rent high quality vibratory hammers and power packs for all deep foundation works. Selix also specializes and excels with its operation to service what it sells.

It is part of a network of Building Envelope Councils across Canada, with the National Building Envelope Council serving as the national organization. QBEC is dedicated to promoting excellence in the design, construction, and performance of building envelope systems.

QBEC offers a range of services, including education and training through monthly conferences, seminars, and publications. These programs aim to enhance understanding and application of building envelope principles within the construction industry. The organization also facilitates networking and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders through various events. Additionally, QBEC provides technical support and resources to help members navigate challenges in building envelope design and construction.
