MCAC Women in Mechanical Contracting is an initiative under the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC) aimed at supporting women in the mechanical construction industry. The program provides a platform for women to share experiences, develop skills, and advance their careers.

The initiative focuses on several key areas, including skills development and education through tailored training programs. By facilitating career advancement opportunities, the initiative aims to retain high-performing individuals in the mechanical construction field. It targets female professionals across Canada, engaging women from approximately 800 contracting firms and 100 associate members.
