
C3pH, or the Carroll County Coalition for Public Health, is a regional organization focused on enhancing the health and well-being of communities in Carroll County, New Hampshire. As one of 13 Regional Public Health Networks in the state, C3PH serves 19 communities, including Conway, Wolfeboro, and Madison. Since 2015, it has operated under the fiscal sponsorship of Granite United Way, working in partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
The mission of C3PH is to provide proactive and comprehensive public health services aimed at improving community health outcomes. The organization prioritizes six key areas, including early childhood support and substance misuse prevention, and engages community members and local organizations in its initiatives. C3PH coordinates public health efforts, supports substance misuse treatment, and facilitates emergency response planning, all while fostering collaboration among community partners to promote health and prevent disease.
