U Build was established over a decade ago through the collaboration of longtime friends, Brody Leathwood and Richard Maxwell. With their combined expertise, passion and drive, U Build has grown rapidly with continued success.

Over the years, U Build Construction has delivered a multitude of new construction projects, encompassing both commercial and industrial developments, in addition to a wealth of comprehensive renovations and expansions – specializing in general contracting, design build, construction management services, large scale additions, fit-ups, envelopes, renovations, and site/civil works.

U Build consists of a team of full-time project managers, estimators, site superintendents, foremen, carpenters, highly competent site staff and multiple administrative staff. Our knowledgeable team combined has over 30 years experience and continues to develop professionally.
