The Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) is a national non-profit organization based in Dorval, Quebec, established in 1954. Originally founded as The Canadian Society for the Study of Fertility, it merged with The Canadian Andrology Society in 1982. The CFAS is dedicated to advancing reproductive science and medicine in Canada through leadership, research, and guidance.

The society promotes high standards in Assisted Reproduction and emphasizes safety, effectiveness, ethical practice, innovation, accountability, and continuous quality improvement. CFAS engages in various activities, including supporting research initiatives, organizing educational conferences and workshops, developing clinical practice guidelines, and establishing certification standards for non-medical professionals. With a membership of over 900 professionals, including obstetricians, gynecologists, and reproductive endocrinologists, the CFAS serves as a vital resource for stakeholders in reproductive health across Canada and beyond.
