Funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health, PGLO focuses on coordinating perspectives across clinical geriatric services (Care of the Elderly, Geriatric Medicine, Geriatric Psychiatry and Interprofessional Geriatric Teams) in order to improve the care for older adults across the continuum of care.
