In May 2022, Reed Controls was acquired by Eddy Smart Home Solutions Ltd. This acquisition enhanced Eddy’s capabilities in providing water control and leak mitigation services across North America. Reed’s technology was integrated into Eddy’s offerings, creating a comprehensive view of water infrastructure in commercial buildings. The leadership team from Reed, including founders Avi Yurman and Adam Bartman, joined Eddy’s management to support its growth and expansion in the water management sector.
